Where to start with AI in your company

Companies come to us in one of four situations. Each follows a dedicated path: what to verify, in what order, and with real numbers. Prefer answering questions? The generator will create your plan.

  • Paths: 4
  • Questions in the generator: 9
  • Calculated costs: 10

Situations

Which one is yours?

Under each card is a single sentence to help you identify your case. If two apply, start with the one blocking decisions today.

  1. We want to start

Where to start AI implementation in a company

Which process to pick first, how to measure it, and how to tell it has paid off. This is your situation if: You have not implemented anything yet, or you use ChatGPT informally and want to know which process to tackle first.Follow the path
  2. We built it ourselves

Review of an AI implementation you built yourself

An agent set up in Claude Code, n8n, or Make works until it does not. We check what happens when it stops. This is your situation if: You have an agent running in Claude Code, n8n, or Make, but no one knows what happens if it fails or if its creator leaves.Follow the path
  3. Law and oversight

AI Act and Polish law: company obligations

Article 4, Article 50, Polish law from August 11, penalties from October 28. What we check and what documentation we deliver. This is your situation if: You use AI in customer service, hiring, or documentation, and someone asked about disclosure requirements or staff training.Follow the path
  4. Grants

AI implementation grants for companies in 2026

PARP, KPO, FENG: which programs, what thresholds, and what we prepare for the application to make it submission-ready.This is your situation if: Implementation makes sense, but the budget needs securing and you need to find the right funding program before ordering anything.Follow the path

Tools

Calculate instead of reading

The generator builds a plan using the same data as our paths, while the pricing section shows the actual costs of our detailed implementations.

What next

From this page to a decision

  1. Read your pathway

Takes 15 minutes. Every pathway ends with a checklist for your company before you speak to anyone.

  2. Review the figures

The pricing shows what similar implementations cost, and the generator builds a plan for your specific case.

  3. Book a meeting

Free, directly with the founder. Send the generated plan before the call with one click, so we start with your situation instead of a sales pitch.

Questions and answers

Questions before deciding

What if more than one situation fits?

That is typical: a company that built an agent in-house often also has questions about the AI Act. Start with the one blocking your decision today. Every pathway links to the others at the end, and the plan generator combines all four into a single document.

How does a pathway differ from the plan generator?

A pathway is a guide to read: what to review, in what order, and with which numbers. The generator asks nine questions about your company and compiles your plan from the same material. The plan includes figures, obligations, and a source link for every item.

Do you need to buy anything to use this?

No. The pathways, generator, and pricing are public and do not require personal data. The call with the founder is free and concludes with meeting notes, not a contract to sign.
